I’m Lottie — a Virtual Assistant with 30 years of corporate, including 21 years supporting senior Partners at PwC in Executive Assistant roles.
I am calm, organised and proactive managing complex, demanding schedules, sensitive communications and business critical tasks with discretion and reliability.
I’m now bringing my skills into a more flexible and personal way of working, supporting business leaders, coaches, solopreneurs and small companies by managing their business. My goal is to help clients stay focused, organised, and in control.
Originally from Sweden, I’ve lived in the UK for more than 35 years, I’m fluent in both Swedish and English, which means I can support clients confidently across both languages.
Alongside my corporate background, I’m also a parent to two boys, one with Down Syndrome and one who experienced Selective Mutism but has now found his voice. Navigating their needs has given me a strong understanding of neurodivergence and shaped me into someone who is resilient, calm, empathetic and very practical.
Whether I’m supporting a busy executive, a small business or a family juggling complex demands, my approach is warm, professional, and grounded in genuine care. I’m here to bring clarity, reduce overwhelm, and give you back the time and headspace to focus on what matters most.
In my spare time, you’ll usually find me on a road trip in our campervan — we love exploring new places and embracing a bit of adventure.
Based in Fleet, Hampshire, I offer discreet virtual support tailored to your needs, so your business runs smoothly and your workload feels lighter.
